Chaplain's Corner

Term 2, Week 8: Chaplain’s Corner

We spent one last chapel gleaning wisdom from Mr Hidalgo and his wife Linda before they move back to Sydney. The students were transfixed as Mr and Mrs Hidalgo shared their struggles and triumphs and how God has been with them all the way. We sent the family off with a blessing from all the students. We wish them all the best in the next chapter of their lives.

Speed friending was the topic of chapel this week. Students from Years 8, 9, and 12 enjoyed sharing short 2 minute conversations with one another, asking a whole range of questions as they moved from person to person. We were created by a loving God for community, friendship and love, which we aspired to reflect at Prescott College this week.
